INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF FGUP "UNIIM"

FGUP "UNIIM", being the RF Parent body of Certified Reference Material State Service, the custodian of standards and high-accuracy installations in different fields of measurements and a direct producer of certified reference materials, cooperates in these areas with international and regional organizations for metrology and standardization.

	International Organization for Standardization (ISO) ISO Committee on Reference Materials (ISO/REMCO) Activity analysis and participation in the development of normative documents.
	International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) Running ТC3/SC3 "Reference Materials" Activity analysis and development of normative documents.
	Euro-Asian Cooperation of National Metrological Institutions (CООМЕТ) СООМЕТ D3/2008 "Memorandum of understanding in the development and use of certified reference materials within COOMET" Running TC 1.12 "Certified Reference Materials". Organization and coordination of cooperation on CRMs of COOMET member-countries and CRM producing organizations in the Russian Federation; development of normative documents. Maintenance of the Register and Data Base of COOMET CRMs. Comparisons of standards and high-accuracy installations of the institute, including those in the framework of the Mutual Recognition Arrangement for the mutual recognition of national measurement standards and of calibration and measurement certificates issued by NMIs.
	Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (EASC) Scientific-and-technical Commission on Metrology (STCMetr) "Agreement of cooperation on the development and use of interstate CRMs of 24.06.2006" Running the Working Group on CRMs Organization and coordination of cooperation on CRMs of CIS countries and CRM producing organizations in the Russian Federation; development of normative documents and interstate CRMs. Preparation of proposals for updating the Register of interstate CRMs and maintenance of Data Base of interstate CRMs. Participation in the works on the implementation of the Protocol of cooperation and interaction between COOMET and EASC in the field of metrology.
	International Data Bank on CRMs (COMAR) Performing the functions of CRM Coding Centre in the Russian Federation Updating the information on RF CRMs included in COMAR. Information support on COMAR, holding the information on more than 11 thousand of CRMs produced in industrially advanced countries.
